#### 2.1 Eligibility for Refund
Clients are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

* OGCC’s internal review determines the complaint to be valid and reasonable.

Once a complaint is validated:
* 50% refund of the service amount will be provided, or
* A full retrial of the same service will be offered at no extra cost.
Only one of the two options will be available per case, based on mutual discussion and OGCC’s discretion.
#### 2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
* The client fails to attend a booked session without giving a 12-hour prior notice.
* The complaint is raised after 48 hours of service delivery.
* The issue occurred due to client-side factors such as incorrect information, technical issues, or lack of cooperation.
